Bridals, a full-service bridal boutique, opened it's doors
in 1987 and is a family owned and operated business. Bancroft's
treats everyone like family and the staff looks forward
to meeting you. Their enthusiasm and attention to detail

Tara Delskey, Manager
Daughter of the founders of Bancroft Bridals,
she is now the boutique manager. Growing up in the industry,
she has accumulated a vast knowledge of the wedding industry.
With her experience she knows how to make a bride feel beautiful
with style and fit. Tara and her staff are dedicated to
carry her grandmothers vision, having happy brides.

History of Bancrofts.....

Paul and Paula Delskey opened Bancroft's with the image
of one-stop shopping for today's busy couples. Having wedding
gowns and dresses, bridesmaid dresses, and accessories,
plus tuxedos, and referrals of top wedding related business
all under one roof- it would be a wonderful aspect for today's
bride.
 Since
1987, the image is still a wonderful thing for engaged couples.
The name "Bancroft" came from Paula's mother,
Althea Bancroft Estes. Althea was the original store manager.
Althea's experience came from managing the former Steiger's
Bridal Salon in downtown Springfield, Massachusetts. Her
dream was to see that all her brides have an extraordinary
experience by fulfilling all their needs with wonderful
service and quality merchandise. Her goal was to have happy
brides!
Today, the salon is managed by Paul's daughter Tara. Tara
has been with business her whole life and has accumulated
a vast knowledge base and expertise beyond compare.
Today they still strive to carry on the
image that Althea had,
"Having happy brides".
